Project REACH is funded by a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. This program provides federal funding to establish or expand community learning centers. These centers provide students with opportunities for academic enrichment, youth development and family support during non-school hours or during periods when school is not in session. Project REACH is currently in its third year. We have experienced great success with the Early Learning Center, the Enrichment in Arts activities, and all 4 summer Reading Camps. External Links:
