In English we use our textbook to help reinforce the skills that are used in our writing.  Writing is an essential part of English.  The skills learned in English are expected to be carried over into the student's writing i.e. correct punctuation, capitalization, verb tenses, adverbs, adjectives, etc.

   The students are expected to write everyday.  We use the Four Square Writing method.This is a great aid in helping to get the students' thoughts organized.
