Each day  at our school is a new reminder why I became a counselor.  As I work with students I am inspired to strive for excellence in myself.  At the present I am attending Lincoln Memorial University.
      I am married to a wonderful, caring, man named Michael.  I have six children; Michael Jr., Jami, Joseph, Jennifer, Jania, and Jacinda. I have 8 grandchildren.  I have a large family and love being with all my family.  

    However, there are things I enjoy on my own.  I am a primitive artist and love to sketch. I love reading, walking, picnics, talking to people of different cultures. I love to do things with my hands such as sewing, laying tile, upholstery. I love to bake, although there is not enough time for that right now in my life.  I love to be active and busy. I love water, rain and water fights. I guess most of all I love people. My favorite song is “Let there be Peace on Earth”. My favorite artist? That is a hard one! I am somewhat partial to Norman Rockwell and his depiction of America, yet, he is just one of many artist who intrigue me.  I am an oldies fan, Bette Midler, Beatles, Beach Boys, Rod Stewart, Diana Ross, Billi Holiday, and Billy Joel, to name a few.  This is a real diversified group of musicians, but, that is what makes their music so special to me.  

    All in all, I am me, wrapped up in my family, friends, work, and community. I believe in the laws of the land. I believe in freedom, My blood runs red, white, and blue. I have faith that God is still in control and always will be. There is so much more about me I hope you may want to get to know, as I know, there is much of each person I encounter I also want to get to know.
