A great feature of netTrekker, d.i. is the READ ALOUD function,  This works for the entire site and will read the text to the student.  There are some games and sites where this is not available but it will tell you this is not available for this site at the bottom of the screen. 

To engage the READ ALOUD feature, Click on READ ALOUD in the upper right portion of the page.

With the READ ALOUD function open, there will be a blue bar at the bottom of the page.

It will read "Highlight Text to begin.  Highlight a paragraph at at time.

The message will now say PROCESSING.  It take a few moments for the reading  to begin.

At the bottom of the screen, there are five (5) different speed and three voices for the reading. 

This is a terrific tool!
