I am a product of Jefferson County Schools. I attended Jefferson Elementary, Jefferson Middle, and graduated from Jefferson County High School in 1995. I recieved my Bachelor of Science Degree from Carson-Newman College in 2000, and my Master of Education in School Counseling in 2005.   I am currently working on my doctrate at ETSU.

I met my husband in 2000, we were married at The Isle of Palms in South Carolina in 2004, and are happily married with no children. My husband and I love riding bicycles, hiking, boating, cars, concerts, sports, and the beach!
