Dental and Dental/Vision
Plans
Employees will no longer list
their social security number on
dental and vision claims. Each employee has a
unique Employee ID # for their
dental or dental/vision plan. The Employee ID # can
be found on your dental card. |

Committee decided to make some last minute changes to the health
insurance prescription copay amounts.
