There will be opportunities for students to earn extra credit for class.  These opportunities will take advantage of the wonderful history that we have here locally and even history of this great country and world.  Each opportunity will be assigned a different point value based upon travel and cost to the student.  These points will be added to extra credit points for the 9 weeks.  There will be several guidelines that students must follow before gaining the extra credit.  These guidelines are as follows:
                                   

    1.  The most points anyone can earn is 100 points per semester no matter where the student goes
               
   2.  Students will need a camera as they will be asked to produce pictures.  One of these pictures must include the student at the site.

   3.  Students must secure an extra credit form from the website or Coach Jones and the form must be finished completely.

   4.  Students will choose from a list of places to visit.  Any student wishing to gain extra credit for a trip not on the list, must first gain approval from Coach Jones.

   5.  Points will NOT be negotiated.  

   6.  Trips taken through the school (i.e. DC trip, ROTC trip, ect.) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED- you must take this trip on your own time and at your own expense.
