At the conclusion of this course, students will have:
- Explored various human cultures.
- Examined and analyzed economic concepts.
- Applied the essential elements of geography to appreciate the web of relationships between people, places, and environments.
- Studied the economic roles and responsibilities of
citizens living in a democratic society and how governmental policies
have economic consequences at the national, state, and local levels.
- Identified historical events that affected the development of the United States.
- Explored how individuals and groups work independently and cooperatively.
