About Us

Project LA is a staff development project that will train classroom teachers in Jefferson County to create and implement integrated curricula supported by technology for the purpose of improving grade 3-5 student achievement in language arts. A group of 16 educators will attend bi-monthly workshops in the effective use of technology strategies to improve these scores. The Jefferson County website (http://208.183.128.3) will be used to generate a resource and learning community for educators.
