About Mrs. Lewis
My
name is Darla Lewis. I am a graduate of Walter State Community College
with a A.S. Degree in
Early
Childhood Development. I also graduated from Carson Newman
College
with a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education. I have taught at
Swannsylvania
Elementary, Rush Strong and have been at Dandridge Elementary for over
fifteen years.
I
am married to Darryl Lewis and have two children Bryan "Pokey" and
Katie.
We attend First Baptist Church here in Dandridge. We are very
active
in our church. My hobbies are watching my children in all their
activities,
reading, and scrap booking (when I have time!).
I
love to teach. I believe it is what I am suppose to do with my
life.
It is a joy to spend time with children everyday. I love to learn
from them. I believe that every child has the ability to learn
and
succeed in someway. I look foward to working with you this year.
