2. Double click the name of the presentation file. This will activate the WinZip program.
I've downloaded it. Now what do I do?
To use the saved presentation follow these steps:
1. Locate it on your computer or your disk by going through the "My Computer" icon
2. Double click the name of the
presentation file. This will activate the WinZip program.
3. Click "I Agree" when the
WinZip icon appears
The file will unzip easier if you use the
WinZip Classic Mode. If the following screen appears, click the WinZip
Classic button.
4. Double click the file name to
open and begin using the presentation on your computer. This will
also open PowerPoint. You then have the option to save the presentation
in your desired location as a .ppt or PowerPoint file and name it whatever
you wish.
