This is a site were teachers can find lesson plans or activities to use in the classroom. This linked page includes links to lesson plans which includes a description of each lesson and a rating. It can be used to find new ideas for your math lessons or you can help other teachers by posting your lessons. A to Z Teacher Stuff publishes the page. The site has won many award. The awards include The Teacher Education Award of Excellence and the Busy Educator Award.

Teachers First Lesson Plans
.Columbia Education Center Math Lessons - These are collections of mathematics lesson plans from the Columbia Education Center, Portland, Oregon. They are grouped by grade level, with very brief descriptions for each plan. Most plans were submitted by teachers from the Pacific Northwest. The Teachers First page is published by Network for Instructional TV Inc., a not-for-profit learning technologies corporation which works with several hundred schools throughout the United States. NEC Foundation of America supports the site.

Filamentality
This description is from the Filamentality page. Filamentality is a fill-in-the-blank interactive Web site that guides you through picking a topic, searching the Web, gathering good Internet sites, and turning Web resources into activities appropriate for learners. Support is built in through Mentality Tips, so you'll be guided right along the way and end up with a Web-based activity you can share with others even if you don't know anything about webpages. The site is published by Pacific Bell and has been up since 1996.

Track Star
This description is copied from the TrackStar page. TrackStar guides a user (student) through a set of sites (URLs). With TrackStar, you can make a list of sites that is always visible and therefore accessible to the user throughout the entire lesson. In addition, there are annotations that accompany every site. These annotations are comments on what to look for or a question that can be answered by browsing that particular site. You can browse the Tracks that have already been made. The Tracks have been categorized by grade level and subject. If you are looking for a Track on a specific topic, you can search for Tracks by key word. The Track Star site has also designed a form interface so you can create Tracks of your own. Once you have browsed the Web and found the URLs you want to group, you can fill out the form to create your Track. This site is published by HPR-TEC

Beacon Software Evaluations
This site is published the Bay District School System. It is divided by standards and lists a link to the  software evaluation that meets that standard. The standard that includes addition and subtraction is MA.A.311. The review list the person that reviewed the software, a "four star" rating and a very detailed review.

CALIFORNIA INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY CLEARINGHOUSE
 Stanislaus County Office of Education publishes the site. The linked page includes links to reviews the pertain to addition and subtraction. The reviews are very detailed. They include the standards that the software addresses, the price, equiptment needed and much more.

Math.Com Homework Help
The site has practice problems and an addition table for students. It also has activities for parents and teachers to do with the students. Teachers could find activities on the site or have the students do practice problems.

This site includes an addition and subtraction solver. It could be used as a review of the steps of addition and subtraction. The site is published by Discovery.com

Surf Report Math Web Sites
This site includes links to different sites dealing with math. The site is published by Wisconsin Educational Communications Board. A teacher could use the links to find new ideas to incorporate into his or her classroom.
