2. MTSU Dream Scholarship-new scholarship for incoming freshman who are lottery eligible with an EFC of $12,000 or less. Visit www.mtsu.edu for more information.

14. . Top Tenn Award-Vanderbilt University: two top ranking students from the Senior class can be nominated for this scholarship valued at ½ cost of tuition. Scholarship is renewable for all four years. See Mrs. Roach by November 20, 2009.

15. William E Ledgerwood Memorial Art Scholarship-$1000 scholarship offered to students who submit 3 pieces of original work. Students must intend to be art majors in college. Deadline for submission of materials is January 29, 2010.

16. Tennessee Concrete Association High School Essay Contest- short literary composition expressing the writers point of view on the subject of concrete. For more information visit www.tnconcrete.org. For application see Mrs. Roach.

17. SuperTeens-recognition for community service. Submission deadline is November 27, 2009

18. Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce Scholarship- Seniors who participated in the leadership class pick up applications from Mrs. Roach. Deadline December 15, 2009.
