I am pleased to be starting my fourth school year at Dandridge
Elementary School. I spent my first two years here as a special
education teacher. My first teaching job was a kindergarten class
room at Jefferson Elementary School. I have truly enjoyed each of
the students I've had the privilege of working with. |

My husband, Monty, and I have a wonderful puppy named Sadie.
Monty also works for Jefferson County Schools. We enjoy
going to many JCHS Patriot events. We also love to travel! |

I graduated from The University of Tennessee. I
received a Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as a Master of Science in
Education from UT. I am currently working on an Specialist in Education Degree at Lincoln Memorial University. |

While I grew up in
Dayton, TN and went to Rhea County High School, I still consider
myself a "Low-Country Southerner" because I was
born in Savannah, GA. Lots of my family still live there and I
have always visited often. My birthplace continues to be one of
my
favorite cities in the world! |
