My
name is Tracy Wilson and I am the music teacher at Dandridge Elementary
School in Dandridge, Tennessee.
I have been involved in teaching and performing Music for 28 years in some capacity or another. I have spent 23 years in the full-time church music ministry. I became a full-time music educator in 2005 when I was hired at Dandridge Elementary School.
Growing Up
After Graduation: Following graduation I served churches in Cross Plains Tennessee, Sweetwater Tennessee, Rogersville Tennessee, and now in Dandridge Tennessee. I now am still leading music at First Baptist Dandrige on the weekends. My move to Music Education was a part of changes in my life and I now know that I have made an exellent choice. I thoroughly enjoy working with the children teaching them about my first love, music.
Hobbies
Professional Memberships
I would like to see our children at Dandridge develop a love and basic understanding of music. I want to teach them to sing and play instruments. I also want them to have a foundation for reading music. This gives them the foundation for being involved in music at Middle and High School. If they decide to become more involved in music, they will be prepared.
